Refund or Replacement

The information contained in the web site is for general information only, and represents the opinions of the individual presenters. If you do not like or agree with the information presented in a specific presentation we apologize. It is provided in an effort to assist those who are seeking more information. Dispute Resolution

The Site is a service provided, controlled and operated by Academy of Spirit, Inc., which has its principal place of business in the State of Washington, United States of America. We make no representation that the web site is available or appropriate for users in all jurisdictions. You acknowledge that users access the web site on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their own local applicable laws, regulations and treaty provisions. If any dispute arises under the terms of this Agreement, the parties agree that the dispute shall be decided under the arbitration via telephonic conference. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final. The arbitration will be handled and facilitated in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with said rules. To the extent permitted by said rules, the location of the arbitration shall be in Snohomish County , Washington . The arbitrator shall apply Washington State law without reference to conflict of laws principles.

Costs and fees (other than attorney fees) associated with the mediation or arbitration shall be shared equally by the parties. Each party shall be responsible for its own attorneys' fees associated with arbitration. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Snohomish County , Washington State, USA , as they apply to agreements made and solely performed therein.
